Perched along Cronulla’s famous coastal landscape lies the recently updated Summer Salt. Relaunched by Sydney restaurateur Bill Drakopoulos, the menu has been refocused to highlight fresh local produce in celebration of contemporary Italian cuisine.

Paying tribute to its waterfront vistas, Summer Salt has been inspired by Cronulla’s cobalt blue palette as it has undergone its refurbishment. Bolstered by a curated selection of furniture, the updated dining room’s comfort and quality elevate the diners’ experience, connecting them with their surroundings and food, culminating in a fresh, high-quality dining experience.
