Headed up by Ryan Perry (The Bridge Room & Momofuku Seibo), Bar Lettera offers dishes all day - from morning pastries to share plates over hand-picked wines. “We take inspiration from Italian staples but reinterpret them in a modern way,” explains Ryan. “Bar Lettera is all about honest ingredients, there’s no hiding”

Carefully blending references to late modernist Italian designs and the work of Theodora Cowan, Australia’s first female sculptor, Jordan Design Studio director Sophie Jordan has designed the lavish interior as a homage to the Australian Landscape. “Theodora Cowan’s artistic soul underpinned my approach to Bar Lettera, which feels like a modern-day artist’s apartment in the sense that it is all handcrafted,” says Jordan.
